That doesn't look like a "cheap frame" there's too much work in it. The very early specialized stumpjumpers used a shock design like that. Put a picture on retrobike.co.uk You may get a better answer

They are listed for sale if you look at my stuff, they have an Echo front hub and DMR rear hub. Don't know the rim manufacturer.
Open to sensible offers as I'm putting them on ebay over the weekend.

Yes mate, it has chain tensioners on it so it looks weird but is standard QR.
